In short, said and written... After a 22-year career as a nurse and 10 years as "the cooking sister" caterer, it was time for something new... The former fabric warehouse of my parents was transformed into a cozy meeting place in just a few months. You can relax here with a drink or enjoy a small cake, alone or with colleagues or friends.. All the furniture is second-hand - from the fabric warehouse, from thrift stores, or given by acquaintances, family, and an old love... the cake plates all have their own story.. "Fresh" and "homemade" are the strongest Bellevue trump cards. I thank my parents for the opportunity I received (they still live above the coffee bar), my husband for all the renovation work, and all my customers who ensure that Bellevue still exists, despite 2 lockdowns... On September 30, 2018, the door opened for the first time and every day I come to work with pleasure, thanks to all of you.. because without customers, no coffee bar..
