The castle is situated in the hilly countryside next to the Bocq in an area of more than 10 hectares and enjoys an exceptional view over a lake and forests.
The castle is located on a site where it was already built in Roman times ; Gallo-Roman foundations have been located. Several Roman artifacts have already been found in Halloy.
The castle, with its classical structure - a central building with a triangular pediment and a beautiful bluestone roof - was built of fine limestone. The two slightly lower wings on the left and right delimit the entrance courtyard.
At the back there is a very nice park with centuries-old trees .
The castle is currently used for seminars and weddings.
