The history of Brasserie Coppens
Bichal and Liesbet, who met at the Stella Maris hotel school, opened the doors of "Brasserie Coppens" on October 13, 2016.
Located at the roundabout opposite the namesake 'Campus Coppens" in Brasschaat.
This is how we quickly came up with this name because it shares the same initials as my name Bichal Cornelis.
Our brasserie stands for delicious dishes, a tasty snack, or a cool drink at favorable prices, all in a cozy setting.
The premises of "Brasserie Coppens" have been known for decades as a place where many bars and cafes have enjoyed cozy moments.
We continue this tradition and warmly welcome you together with our team.
