The Town Hall - Library - Neighborhood Police Post

In 1993, the construction of the current town hall began, and it was put into use in 1994.

Here you found the municipal administration and the administrative heart of Buggenhout. In 2019, the municipal and OCMW services merged. We no longer speak of the municipal administration, but of the Local Authority.

In the Town Hall, you can find the population service, urban planning service, social service, administration of the technical service, and the reception team. These services work by appointment. Only for collecting extracts, identity cards, and driving licenses can you visit the reception desk without an appointment.

You can make appointments online, by phone, or at the reception.

On the first floor of the Town Hall, you will find the library. You can go to three locations in Buggenhout and its districts. Besides the center (the Town Hall), there are also libraries in Opdorp (at De Dries) and Opstal (in Krapstraat). Everyone can become a member.

Neighborhood post Buggenhout works by appointment on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. On other days, you can go to the police in Lebbeke.
