Description

This monument is located in the parc des 7 heures in Spa.

It was founded in 1900 by the Spa-Attractions company. It is a tribute to the designers of the promenades and fountains of the city of Spa. The carved marble frame was part of the memorial donated in 1718 by Tsar Peter the Great .
