This cross is on the Batis d'Haurt, the road of the Cavalry in Bure.
On a heavy plinth, bordered by an iron fence, stands a meter-high column with a Christ on a Celtic cross on top.
The plinth contains the text of the opening prayer of the Novena before the Holy Cross:
"Nous Vous adorons
Oh Jesus
et nous vous benissons
Parce que Vous avez
rachete le monde
by Votre Sainte Croix"
The pedestal mentions the year 1935.
