Close to the castle of Gesves, this chapel is dedicated to Our Lady of Perpetual Help.
It was probably built in the third third of the 19th century of sandstone rubble and an asbestos cement roof. Preceded by a long portal, the building is octagonal in plan, with ogival openings . A latticework protects the plastered and painted interior.
Inside are some statues of Mary of little value.
