Description

In the Citadel Park of Namur, a real 'lung' of the city with an area of 15 hectares, you can discover the beauty of the city from above.

You will see the plain of Jambes on the Meuse side and on the Sambre side the 'Courbeille' - the 'basket' or the old center. You will also see the Confluence, the confluence of the Meuse and Sambre.

Through footpaths, stairs and paved paths you will explore an exceptional heritage steeped in history. You will find the monumental work 'Searching for Utopia', the turtle by Jan Fabre, as if in an open-air exhibition . And the thematic gardens: the medieval-inspired 'Garden of the Two Towers', the Arboretum and the Fragrance Garden.
