Play forest Doerak with Pontforthoeve and Doerakies search

Discover the large play forest at Sint-Anna and much more!

1. Use the bike entrance via Sint-Anna 10. You will briefly enter the area where the Youth Workshop is active and where, among other things, the colorful picnic tables for the city of Kortrijk are made and repaired. You can park your bike here, there is a public toilet, and a play element.
2. You can freely picnic in the courtyard outdoors, and in bad weather you can soon take refuge in the covered circus tent.
3. On the other side of the Pontforthoeve is a small paradise for kids, a water and sand play area. Children can pump water, make mud pies in the kitchen, and study leaves or insects under a magnifying glass. You can also picnic here.
4. On this side of the Pontforthoeve, the search for the Doerakies also begins. These are the little creatures that live in the play forest and can hide very well. Through the QR codes throughout the play forest, you can learn about how these creatures live.
5. At the edge of Stadsgroen Marionetten, between the Pontforthoeve and the Don Boscocollege lies the play forest: a large play hill, a playable area, and various natural obstacles as playcourses. In the play forest, children can also build camps.

Tip: a bit further down Bosstraat is the pick-your-own garden of De Makker. You can reach it via the eco-veloduct towards De Libel. It feels like you are in one big green zone here.
