This bridge was built in 1935 to replace the previous bridge.
This wooden bridge was built in 1842 . The wooden sleepers were replaced by metal. On the right bank, a piece of the suspension of that bridge still stands.
A bridge was already mentioned in the fourteenth century.
In 1820, at the time of the heavy flooding of the Amblève, there was a stone bridge with 5 arches.
