This small chapel is located at the entrance to the village, on a triangular plot on which a tree has also been planted on the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of independence.
Originally a removable resting place was installed here during the Pentecost procession and the Corpus Christi procession. In 1960, a small stone chapel was built to replace the removable structure.
It is built of sandstone and limestone, has a gable roof and in the center is a niche enclosed by a wrought iron latticework, in which is placed a wooden Virgin (oak), sculpted by Joseph Dabe.
On each of the low walls is a wrought iron lantern , designed to hold a candle, while in the wall a small tree trunk is designed to hold obols, as well as supports to set the monument in bloom.
This aedicula is dedicated to Our Lady of Lourdes . It is regularly decorated with flowers and on various occasions candles are lit in the two lanterns provided for this purpose.
