In 1998, realizing her dream, Ann took over this small farm in Maissin and chose a clear direction: organic and diversified farming, direct and regional sales.
Ann and Jean-Pol manage the production of all the food needed for the different farms. With the raw milk of her Lorraine goats (hard breed), Ann makes a whole range of delicious fresh cheeses ripened with subtle herbs, garden herbs, bacon or olive oil and dried tomatoes, but also a tomme from July to November.
Their products, and sometimes packages of meat and broiler chickens , are sold mainly to the farm's organic grocery store, which has been open since 2001, and to purchasing organizations in the region. The supermarket also offers organic cheeses and dairy products from other small local producers, fresh produce and delis.
The store is open for a limited number of hours.
