Description

The visitor centre is located in the heart of the Grote Netewoud, a series of nature reserves along the Grote Nete and its tributaries.
The site is situated next to a 17th century water mill, and is the gateway to discover the valuable nature in Balen, Meerhout, Geel and Mol.
You walk from flowery grasslands to swamps and fens, pass heathland and dunes and you can get lost in the huge expanses of forests.
