Opinions are divided about the former Prosper and Hedwigepolder, located next to the Scheldt just above the Doel nuclear power plant. Our verdict: it is in any case a fascinating place. And as soon as the sun shines, you should definitely go for a walk there yourself. Then you can judge for yourself.
