The Floreffe caves are considered the largest semi-dolomitic caves in Belgium. You can admire beautiful shades of pink, black, and white there. The "Devil's Hole" allows you to descend 30 m underground. The Floreffe caves undoubtedly rank among the most beautiful in Wallonia. Access to the caves is through the cellar of a neo-medieval castle, and the adjacent tower is even older. It is the former watchtower of the Floreffe abbey dating back to the 13th century!
The owners also have a treetop adventure course and a Via Ferrata that you can enjoy by reservation! Other activities are possible when you book a day on site: Traditional games, Role-playing games for children in the cave…
Guided tours (1h15-1h30) are available all year round, by appointment only. Good shoes and warm clothing are required.
