A classic by now, this bridge by West 8, which was put into use in 2011 following an Open Call from the Flemish Master Builder. This bicycle and pedestrian bridge is 112 meters long, spans the train tracks, and is kept narrow to accentuate its lightness. With its five sculptural columns, it decisively captures attention. It brings the Elzenhof park out of its isolation and creates a connection with the city center.
