Jean and Alex decided to join forces a few years ago. A few volunteers completed the team. The abandoned church of Piroy was transformed into a microbrewery. In 2015, their first beer, the Philomène, was baptized, soon followed by other brews. The range consists of Philomène Florale (a light blonde beer), the Philomène HoptimAle (an amber beer), the Philomène Cointessence (a brown beer), the Philomène Céleste (a triple), and the PHI (a light blonde beer with a fruity aftertaste). You can visit the brewery or have a drink on the mini-terrace of the Taverne de Philo. Reservation is recommended
