The Looypaal is an old boundary marker located in the hamlet of Looy, which belongs to the municipality of Vosselaar in Antwerp.
The Looypaal is situated at the point where the municipalities of Turnhout, Vosselaar, and Beerse meet. The exact age of the boundary marker is not entirely clear, but it may date back to the 2nd quarter of the 14th century. The pole, made of bluestone, features the letter B (Beerse) on one side, the letter T (Turnhout) on another side, and a fox tail on a third side.
It was not until 1854 that the pole was recorded on a map, specifically the Vandermaelen map, as Looy Pael.
In 1989, the pole was restored and slightly relocated.
