Need or fancy an endurance ride with arrival at the basilica of Scherpenheuvel?

After the 100km you have a wide range of drinks and eateries.

A visit to the basilica itself is worthwhile.

And if you need a real cool down, a ride (7km) to the abbey of Averbode is recommended. You cycle through Zichem and you pass the statue of the white van Zichem on the market square and a little further the birthplace of E. Claes. On the right you can see the maiden tower on the Demer.
