Beautiful walk in the Brabant Wallon, passing through the villages of Bornival and Monstreux, through the woods of Hôpital and Planti, alongside the historic canal between locks 25 and 24, and mainly walking on paths and trails of the Thines valley, with a few sections of road here and there, but with very little traffic. Lovely chapels and a fortified farm along the way, as well as panoramic landscapes.
Start: Intersection of Rue du Ri des Corbeaux and Rue du Gendarme at 1400 Nivelles (in front of Monstreux church).
