The Geelster valley is located in the valley of the Molenbeek and owes its name to the rare forest yellow star that is related to the lily and blooms in the area from March to May. Natuurpunt has 2 routes here (red 5.4 km and green 2.7 km) but the GPS route is a combination of the unpaved paths of both (85% unpaved). Start at the church of Impe, (gps Ledestraat or Impedorp). A walk with unpaved paths that can sometimes be rough or a bat path made of logs to bridge damp places along the deeply cut Molenbeek.
