GR 14 means Trail of Great Hikes No. 14. It is marked in blans and red and displays an impressive length: 630 km. The trail starts in Boissy-Saint-Léger (Paris), winds through regions of Brie and Champagne and between Belgium at Bouillon. From there it continues through Naomé, Transinne and Saint-Hubert in Barrière de Champlon for La Roche-en-Ardenne. GTA stands for Grande Traversée des Ardennes, the 160 km Transardennes from La Roche-en-Ardenne to Bouillon. In short: two hiking trails, through a beautiful part of the Ardennes.
