AzureDiscover the impressive mining heritage of Limburg. The route starts at be-MINE, the former mining site in Beringen. You step through the nature reserve of the Valley of the Black Brook towards Houthalen-Helchteren. At Kasteelbrouwerij Ter Dolen everyone suddenly gets a dry throat, time for a stopover. Then it continues to Heusden-Zolder. Over the old coal railway you can easily step to the Albert Canal. Along the way you will encounter forests and meadows. Finally, the coal trail takes you back to be-MINE where you learn more about the mining past on and along the path.
