The 8 of Schiplakenbos-Vijverbossen (20Mi -32,2km)

This loop of 32.2km is a spacious loop around two forest areas with a castle (Castle Schiplakenbos -Hofstade- and Castle de Spoelbergh -Wespelaar-). You don't get to see the castles themselves on this loop. The special thing is that for the most part it runs along traffic-free or low-traffic asphalt or clinker paths. A maximum of 2km is done on paved paths and 500m on unpaved forest path. So excellent for walkers / runners / cyclists who do not want unpaved or difficult roads, away from king car.
At different locations you can eat or drink something. Good for a trip by bike, but also excellent for a runner who has to master 20 Miles on asphalt.
Between the Schiplakenbos (Hofstade) and the Vijverbossen (Wespelaar) you can cycle/walk on both sides of the Leuvensevaart.
In summary: a simple loop of 32.2km along asphalted roads.
