AzureVery nice walk in this beautiful arboretum (no traffic).
On the initiative of Leopold II, the construction of the arboretum began in 1902. It is a geographical arboretum, composed of tree species from the temperate regions of the northern hemisphere. The arboretum consists of two large sections, the New World (America) and the Old World (Europe, North Africa and Asia). There are also sections of Oceania.
There are benches everywhere, at least on the main roads. The walk alternates between wooded areas and meadows or clearings, between paths and trails very little frequented.
