This hiking trail starts at the entrance of Beukenberg on Legioenenlaan. Length: 5 km. Near the starting point, the remains of the 4.5 km long Roman city wall of Tongeren, dating from the 2nd century AD, can be seen. The hiking trail passes over the unpaved foundations of a Roman aqueduct, passes by the vocational school for biotechnology, and then leads down the Herenbos. The path finally reaches the avenue of Castle Betho through the village of Mulken.
