This signposted Multimovepad is approximately 1.2 kilometers long and is located in the renovated play area. The walk begins next to the parking lot of the De Merel swimming pool. Along the way, you will pass climbing poles, stepping stones, a balance beam, a long jump pit, a catapult, climbing nets, and a swing where children can learn to climb, jump, land, slide, hit, pull and push, walk and run.

In addition to several open spaces for small activities, a few creatives have created 2 camps with a bush hedge: the 'fox camp' and the 'wild boar camp'.

By the way, did you know that many of the existing structures were made from wood sourced from the surrounding forests? Fallen trees due to storms or for safety reasons are given a sustainable purpose once again.

The Multimovepad Gerheserbossen and -heath is the result of a beautiful collaboration between Nature and Forests of the Flemish government, Sports Flanders, and the municipality of Leopoldsburg.
