This beautiful walk takes us through the green nature to the castle of Halloy and the artwork 'Levitas'.
Start at the Saint-Vincent church in Braibant, part of Ciney.
We take a path that runs parallel to the main road and soon we arrive at the river Le Bocq and a little further the castle of Halloy. We climb through the forest to the Levitas shelter , part of the art trail Les sentiers d'art.
Through more open field we now descend to the station of Braibant and cross Le Bocq again.
We now almost return to the starting point , but make another loop through the fields , past the beautiful cemetery against a hill. At the back is a beautiful chapel , dedicated to Jean Baptiste d'Omalius d'Halloy.
