Beautiful walk in the valley of Visbeek - Kindernouw (in the municipality of Lille, in the province of Antwerp), a typical valley of the Kempen, composed of a succession of marshes, woods, moors, thickets, escarpments and meadows. Lots of sands and dunes covered with heather.

If you like calm, avoid during school holidays. There is a huge campsite-park-beach next to the starting point. We did the walk on a rainy day in winter and met almost no one, but we guess that the area must be popular when the weather is right.

The walk passes by trails in the forest (many pines), along meadows, through moors, along a huge lake, and finally in the "hills of Lille".
