The walk starts from the parking lot of the Ninglinspo Valley in the direction of the forest towards the Chaudière. Here it goes up to the border post of the Porallée and then heads towards the hamlet of Ville-au-Bois (510m.) before descending into the valley and the hamlet of Quarreux to find the Amblève with the Fonds de Quarreux. It goes under the railway bridge and then walks parallel to the Amblève. The main road is then crossed, and it returns to the parking lot. Percentage of forest: 81%.
