The walk starts from the bridge of Remouchamps via Rue de la Reffe, along the Amblève to the church of Sougné. The route then goes via Rue du Passeur d’Eau, Rue Ladry, and Rue Tratinfosse, passing under the highway exit to the viewpoint W. Fostier (magnificent view). From the monument of the Battle of Sprimont (French Revolution) at the top of the well-known mountain pass La Redoute, the route runs a bit parallel to the highway and then descends to the foot of this mountain. The return route through Sougné is the same as the outward journey, but in the opposite direction. Percentage of forest: 30%.
