Around Quarreux and Nonceveux

The walk starts at the parking lot of the Valley of the Ninglinspo heading towards Quarreux, then goes under the railway and runs parallel to the railway line. Along the route, the Fonds de Quarreux are discovered (large blocks of quartzite, spared by the erosion of the river water (see also the legend of Marcellin Lagarde) and the hamlet of the same name Quarreux. Upon reaching a wooden bridge over the Amblève, the walk splits into two: 18A, return via the Amblève or 18B, return via the hamlet of Beiheid and the northern part of Nonceveux. Route 18B rejoins 18A at the railway bridge. North of Nonceveux (returning from 18A), the walk goes via the streets Rue Etoile Badin, Rue Grand Plain, and Rue Lombry to the church and under the railway bridge back to the parking lot via the bridge.
