The route starts at the VVV office. This peaceful walk takes you along a narrow, shady path on the hill. Go past the Saint-Hubert church, a neo-Gothic building from 1927, and then leave the village a few hundred meters along the road. Admire this expansive panorama: the deep valley of the Amblève, the hamlet of Cheneux, the castle farm of Vaulx-Renard, and, very close by, the castle of Froidcour. Take the path that leads into the woods. At the edge of the woods, turn right and follow the narrow ridge. You will sometimes walk under trees, sometimes in fields, where you can see the river. You take the path to the right and arrive back at the starting point at the bottom of the village.
