Discover from the old station, on the edge of the entity Sivry-Rance, a part of the history of Froidchapelle and the corners of the Bois d’Hernoy, an oasis of peace and quiet. Along the route, you will see numerous ponds and remarkable trees, including the oak Notre-Dame de Lumière, known for its hanging virgin and its healing properties for eye diseases. You will walk briefly along the RAVeL, a former railway line, and cross the Rau d'Hernoy. Along the little-used roads and forest paths, you will also see the old Roc quarry, famous for the beautiful pink marble known as Rance marble. Along the way, you will encounter a marble worker's cottage that was built in 1910 from pink marble.
