Start/finish: de Zegelskoel, Heijenratherweg 22, Heijenrath. Ascents: Kasteelstraat Teuven (B) 1,200 m., max. 10.0%. West camerig (partly) Vijlen 1,500 m., max. 8.0%. Bambusch Montzen (B) 1,500 m., max. 5.0%. Haut-Vent Hervé (B) 500 m., max. 16.0%. Kwinten/Op de Eiken St. Martens-Voeren (B) 1,800 m., max. 8.0%. Loorberg Slenaken 1,500 m., max. 8.0%. There are also several unnamed climbs in the route. Meters above sea level: 1,142. Coffee stop: Combatants' Square, Welkenraedt (B) (open daily).

After the descent, Cottessen at the end of the RA and keep right on the asphalt strip. After approx. 300 m. Paved road from LA which can be a bit muddy after the rainy season. At the B/NL border, there is a large rock that you can pass. Afterwards, you leave the Du Vieux Moulin campsite along a tarmac road.
