The Chapel Walk will take you past the sculpture group "The Encounter," five stone folk figures that are a metaphor for the boroughs and symbols of the past and future. A work by Kapellen artist Guido Van Causbroeck. Unique in our country is the crown of St. Nicholas Church. After the reconstruction in 1926, the church was not given a spire, but a crown. Rest on the water highway from Brussels to Antwerp. To this day, the Brussels-Scheldt Canal is an important transportation artery, but certainly also a tourist and recreational asset.
