The walk starts off at the Our Lady Immaculate Conception Church of rural Peizegem. Behind the neo-Gothic parish church, a Marian grotto from the end of the 19th century is being preserved. You'll pass by brewery De Block, which has its own museum. The different types of beers like Satan, Kastaar and Dendermonde are a pleasure to drink. The outskirts of Peizegem are characterized by meadows and arable land.
