Throughout the history of Tienen, women have always played an important role. Through this short city walk you will learn about mystic Beatrice of Nazareth, Sister Anna Wielandt, Prioress Anna Papadopoli, poet Julia Tulkens and other interesting women who left their mark on the city's history. Along the way you will discover many sights that Tienen has to offer.
