AzureOn the Staberg in Rosmeer the remains of sixteen rectangular wooden houses were discovered. The houses turned out to be about 7300 years old and were part of a vast village. It was the home of the first farmers who settled in the region. The fertile Haspengouw loam soils were a magnet for the first farmers from Eastern Europe. You can discover this region with this walk.
