The church of Beigem once contained masterpieces by an unknown Flemish Primitive. He is known as "the Master of the Beigem". The Nazi Göring also had his eye on the art of "the Master of the Beigem". However, the masterpieces have mysteriously disappeared. You can't find them here anymore. But you can still enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
