The brewery route connects two old breweries of the same family. The first brewery is located in Rotselaar and was founded in 1870 by Th. Smedts. The second is located in Kampenhout and was created in 1939 when R. Smedts moved from Rotselaar to Kampenhout. Along the way, we cycled past various breweries with modern installations and a farm brewery with its own cultivation.
