This walk follows the virtual network of hiking nodes near Mazy and Corroy-le-Château, through the Oreau valley. This area is famous for its black marble and many other extractions from the underlying Carboniferous layers.
Corroy-le-Château is famous for the castle that gave the village its name, and which briefly belonged to the artist Wim Delvoye. But it also became bermoed because it was used in Lichte's series The Gang of Jan. You can enjoy the vast silt fields on the plateaus and the many forests in the valleys. An absolute winner.
