Our running routes are marked trails near a business park, often linked to a nearby nature reserve.

Perfectly suited for jogging, a lunch walk, or an active meeting.

The very first running route of Brasschaat is located at the Campus Coppens business park in the Maria-ter-Heide district.

By using various loops, the Campus Coppens route is perfect for both experienced runners and recreational walkers. This way, we promote not only sporty work breaks but also active walking meetings. “Something for everyone.”

Two kilometers further on, at Salons De Groene Jager, there is a second starting sign. It is the ideal starting location for another 3-kilometer loop. Many meetings and corporate workshops are organized here. Along the way, you can join the loops of Campus Coppens.

The Campus Coppens route has 2 loops and 3 shortcut loops:

• red loop of 8 km: for those who want to burn a lot of calories.
• green loop of 3 km: the perfect walking lunch.
• yellow shortcut loop of 2 km: the perfect walking lunch.
• yellow shortcut loop of 4 km: jog break for those who want to take a breather.
• yellow shortcut loop of 6.5 km: jog break for those who want to take a breather.
