Our running routes are signposted running paths in the vicinity of a business park, often linked to a nearby nature reserve.

The very first running route in Brasschaat is located at the business park Campus Coppens in the Maria-ter-Heide district. 

By working with various loops, the Campus Coppens running route is perfect for both experienced runners and recreational walkers. We promote not only sporty work breaks but also active walking meetings. “Something for everyone.”

A couple of kilometers further, at Salons De Groene Jager, there is a second starting sign. It is the ideal starting location for another 3-kilometer loop. Many meetings and corporate workshops are organized here. Along the way, you can connect to the loops of Campus Coppens.

The Campus Coppens running route has 2 loops and 3 shortcut loops: 

• red loop of 8 km: for those who want to burn a lot of calories.
• green loop of 3 km: the perfect walking lunch.
• yellow shortcut loop of 2 km: the perfect walking lunch.
• yellow shortcut loop of 4 km: jogging break for those who want a quick escape.
• yellow shortcut loop of 6.5 km: jogging break for those who want a quick escape.
