Departing towards Ortheuville (97) along a remarkable dry stone wall, you follow the Eurovélo route n°5 to Lavacherie (2) in the heart of the valley of the western Ourthe. Enjoy the rich heritage of Lavacherie before reaching Amberloup (4), the main village of the municipality.
Gain a little height to admire the view of Fosset (7) and head towards Sprimont (6) along the Laval stream. You continue to the hamlet of Aviscourt (6) and pass under the N4 before reaching the village of Roumont via a forest road, known for its castle and many dry stone walls.
Not far from junction 54, you will pass the cross of the maquis, a monument that commemorates the murder of five young rebellious soldiers in a camp in Ronzon. The loop ends with a pleasant descent to Wyompont (94).
