Evident Cycling Team - Winter ride odd weeks 2024-'25 - 67 km

Starting point : Sint-Annakring Aalst, 9:00 AM !
Sundays 13/10, 27/10, 10/11, 24/11, 8/12, 22/12, 5/1, 19/1, 2/2 & 16/2 (possibly also on 2/3 for non-carnival attendees)
From October 6 '24 to February 23 '25 inclusive, we will ride casually on Sunday mornings at 9 AM one of our 2 fixed winter rides, 66 to 69 km at B pace (= ±26 to 28 km/h). Not too many altitude meters and no steep climbs (the odd-weeks ride has a bit more altitude than the even-weeks ride), but still sufficiently hilly to offer enough challenge even on beautiful winter Sundays.
Make sure to put both rides on your GPS, as we do not promise that road captains will be present weekly.
Not a member yet? ... but you would like to try riding in a group with Evident Cycling Team, then feel free to stop by at the Sint-Annakring on Sunday morning.
… and as always:
- Safety first, traffic rules will be respected!
- Together out, together home! The pace considers everyone!
- We warn each other in time about obstacles.
- Signals and guidelines will be passed from front to back.
- Within built-up areas, we adjust our speed.
- The guidelines of the road captains will be followed by all!
- After each climb, we wait for everyone until the group is complete again.
- We respect and remain polite to other road users.
- We do not leave any litter on the road!
- After the ride, we enjoy a drink together at the Sint-Annakring!
... and of course, we wear our ECT gear!

S A I S O N 2 0 2 5 :
From March 9, 2025 until end of September 2025, an A- & B-ride starts every Sunday morning at 9 AM from our club location at Sint-Annakring, Roklijf 4, with the accompaniment of road captains. Around 12 PM we will return and enjoy a drink in - or on the terrace of - Sint-Annakring. Fun on and off the bike remains our motto in 2025!
