This walk is dedicated to the man of letters Andries D'Hoeve, honorary citizen of Galmaarden. You walk past several poetry boards and past his home on the corner of the Werfstraat and the Vianebaan. The meanders of the river Mark take you through the valley past two water mills, Gemelingenmolen and Heetveldemolen. In turn, the Baljuwtuin, near the centre of Galmaarden, is the ideal rest or picnic spot.
