From Iddergem, we follow the course of the Dender, Schelde, and Durme in succession. From Sint-Niklaas, we then traverse the landscape up to Willebroek, where we follow the canal of the same name.
All paths are paved. At the beginning and end of the loop, there are some short but tricky climbs. The middle section, on the other hand, is as flat as a billiard cloth.
