You bike through the quiet Westhoek through the Dozinghembos and Canadabos, the Saint Sixtus forests to Castle Park De Lovie. You cycle through the villages of Watou and Proven. Along the way, you will encounter plenty of eateries.

at the end of the trip just next to the abbey enjoy your ride with a Trappist beer at café 'In de Vrede'.
