AzureWith Kleine and Grote Gete as your common thread, you cycle through Hageland and Hesbaye Brabant in search of the natural stone that gives the region its individuality. You will find Gobertange stone, quartzite and Lincent tuff in the beautiful old buildings, in the hollow paths, on the cobblestones, everywhere you look. Two beautiful examples not to be missed: the pale tower of the church of Saint-Gorgon de Hoegaarden in Gobertange, and the neoclassical castle of Hélécine in Gobertange and in tuff. At the entrance of the Hoegaarden Gardens you get an overview of these different stones and you can meditate on your trip on a terrace with a Witte van Hoegaarden.
